Disney Hall Series: A Tribute in Memory of Frank Gehry

On December 5, 2025, the revolutionary architect Frank Gehry died at the age of 96. In tribute to the genius who has given Angelenos and visitors alike so much pleasure, Judy will be exhibiting a selection of her Disney Hall Series of
photographs at
Los Angeles Harbor Arts (LAHA).

Kicking off the new year, LAHA’s “On Site/26” exhibition in the main gallery on the third floor, features three of Judy Herman’s Disney Hall photographs, including“Opening” [top]. On the second floor, the Warehouse Gallery, includes two additional works, among them “Pipe Dream,” named for an interior architectural flourish that recalls one of the concert hall’s “French fry” organ pipes.

Also on LAHA’s second floor, Herman’s studio will be dedicated to her favorite building, with works such as the layered photograph “Frozen Music,” which was exhibited as part of the Eighth Biennale of Photography at Fotonostrum Gallery in Barcelona.
Artist Reception (3 shows at LAHA): Saturday, January 10th, 1:00 - 4:00 PM 401 S. Mesa, San Pedro.
